I engraved some qr codes on wood. I have some ghosting if its a correct description. Speed was 250 amd 300. The beam is centered so its not from hitting the nozzle. Any idea?
Loose drive belts.
Speed too high.
Belts are very tight and just tighten them.
Change your scan angle by 90 degrees. Try again
To me it looks like you haven’t adjusted your machine for scanning offset.
These are my values (you need to find your own that fits your machine and your speeds)
This sounds like a possible scenario. Buy how can i find my values? Are there any tests or something?
