LB is crashing on me lately, started about three days ago. Never had this happen before. There’s no obvious trigger, I didn’t do any updates recently. Anyone else?
Not that we’ve heard of. Which version of LightBurn are you running?
You can find that out by going to ‘Help > About LightBurn’
- Do you have many other applications open/using resources?
- Is your hard drive full?
- Are you using cloud storage of any kind for LightBurn projects? Google Drive, Dropbox, Onedrive, etc.
- Have you restarted your PC recently? If not, always a good starting point.

Hold the left shift key when you click on RESTART - the computer will clean out a lot of old temporary files that can build up and cause issues.

Mine seems to have crashed just now. Hubby was doing a drawing and a message ‘not responding’ is showing. He’s using 1.5.06. I hope he hasn’t lost his designs … Ina
