I am looking for someone that can vectorize three JPG
images that are beyond my capabilities.
Posting an example might bring more responses. It would help in understanding the scope and complexity of the task. 
I use Fiverr.com for a lot of my raster to vector conversions. Usually a 24hr turnaround and extremely affordable.
If it is purchased signs and you have the originals I will try if I can handle the task. You can send the pictures as PM.
