First thing to check is the focus - it very well may be different focal length between different laser modules.
Also read along:
Cause you´re talking mm/m but seems the Units are set as in/mm.

the lu2-10a has a kickstand to adjust focus
Kickstands are usually built based on an average, you can get 2 modules from the same manufacturer with Identical specs, and the actual ideal focal length can var by 1-3mm. Each module you really need to do a ramp test on if you are after best results possible, then you can worry about other settings for fine tuning.
The additional settings tab only governs the Preview/Sim timing (used for job time estimates) it does not affect your laser output. I’d recommend verifying your units via @parsec’s referenced post here: PSA: Unit Settings Changes in LightBurn 2.1 – LightBurn Software
