On version of MacOS 26.4 there is now a warning that Lightburn will not be supported on future versions of the operating system because it is intel based. What is Lightburn’s plan to port over to native Apple silicon?

We actually have an Apple Silicon build working already but with the MillMage launch we haven’t had a ton of time to put it through it’s paces. However, after launch that is at the very top of our priority list and we will put out some beta builds for people to try out shortly.

Any chance of an iPad version?
That would require a nearly complete rewrite - so highly unlikely. It also would be unlikely to ever support all the actual communication with hardware. At best an iPad version would be design only.
Also, remember: we’re a tiny company and Apple makes getting apps in their iOS store a royal pain. We’d probably be more likely to make a web design only version than we are a native iPad application.
