Application inside a vm

hi
how do i get rid of the restriction for application running in a vm? i can’t get the activation code to work until this is done and the trial period has run out. i have send several emails to support@lightburn.com but they all get bounced back as undelivered? really need to get this sorted as we can’t use the lasercutter until this is sorted

I think @berainlb did this on an arm architecture machine and had to authorize it with off line activation option on the license portal…

There’s a separate license flag that allows for vm installs. It’s not on by default. Don’t recall if this works on trial licenses but it’s available for full licenses. support@lightburnsoftware.com is indeed the right address to be sending this to.
