I want to make a collection of samples for my colleagues. Is it possible to move the samples like an drawing, so that i can arrange them on my workpiece?
I want to arrange them like in the second picture. Do i have to start every sample o can i make a program to make more samples in one run?

The built-in Lightburn Material Test is basically a one shot deal. You can save the result as a GCode file, but I do not think you can save it as a Lightburn file you can edit.
You will likely need to develop your own array of test grids to suit your specific machine and materials. Here is a link you might find useful.
