Array doesn't burn correctly. Offsets by inches during second row of array burning

K40 with Cohesion3D board.

Burning an array, created in Lightburn, of 10 aluminum business cards.
The first row burns correctly but the laser doesn’t go to the correct start position for the next row and starts burning 5 inches to the right of where it should. I do not know if this is software/file related, or C3D related. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely your motors are losing position when moving from one row to the next. You might need to increase the X & Y axis current settings in the config.txt file on the board, or lower the acceleration settings.
