Art Libraries & External Hard Drive Issue

Help Please! New to lasering & LightBurn libraries (material & art). I have add approximately 12 Art libraries & 1 Material library to LB and able to open & close the software on laptop with both libraries saving / loading fine.I have the different folders on my laptop for different file types art libraries (.lbart), material library (.clb) & templates (used for custom LB work - saved with LB logo). I moved all folders to external hard drive…LB operating system still on laptop.
Issue: every time I shutdown the laptop and/or disconnect the external HD, when I reconnect the external HD all libraries are gone…I have to rename & reload all art work. What am I doing wrong. Thank in advace & Be Safe!

Are you using Cloud Storage, a folder shared across your home network, or an external drive for your Project files or for your Material Library? Several Cloud/shared/external storage products are believed to have contributed to lost files and lost parts of files. The Sync behavior for these types of storage devices could break live links.
