Hey, I’m new to LightBurn and I keep getting these errors every time I try to import a second graphic to the Art Library. Sometimes, the software will crash, but most of the time it keeps saving the graphics as an error symbol. Any suggestions?
Are you able to share the file that you’re having a problem importing? I can try to recreate the issue here.
Yes please, I tried a couple of different ways to import them, but still the same errors.
PSIFLOAD.lbrn2 (444.2 KB)
Just to be clear, you’re trying to import the .lbrn file into the Art Library, correct?
I tested this with importing the .lbrn in Art Library as well as opening the file in LightBurn, selecting all the graphics, and doing “Add Graphic to Project” and it imported correctly both times.
I tried to do that, but this keeps happening
Try creating a new Art Library and loading there. Perhaps some sort of corruption.
I’ve even tried to do that and the same thing happened.
I wouldn’t normally recommend but it’s an easy check. Try reinstalling LightBurn. You can just install on top of your current installation. See if that makes a difference.
I just tried it this morning, unfortunately no difference in the error. I had deleted all previous .lbart files and made a new one. It worked when I selected all of the graphics and imported them in the new .lbart file, but after that, I couldn’t save more than one graphic in that file.
Question, are you possibly storing the .lbart files in a cloud drive or NAS storage? If so, that could be contributing to these issues.
Otherwise, do you have a series of steps that will reliably create this problem?
The problem seemed to be that I was saving the files in a cloud drive. I saved it to my “downloads” and it fixed the issue. Thank you so much!
