Art Library layer settings

I have set up 2 power scales in the Art Library with the only difference being the DPI settings. If I import the library item into a project, it takes the last layer settings (it doesn’t keep the settings that I created it with).

I think power scales are too big a mouthful for the art library, you have to save them as independent projects (.lbrn2)

The current Art Library stores the art only and knows nothing of the cut settings, although we are discussing some additions.

We could simply add the option to the library to have it save settings as well - possibly mark the files as “this one also has settings” somehow, but I’d have to figure out a good way to make that work. It could also just be a different kind of library - so we’d have just “art library” and “project library” types. That could work, but you’d want to be careful to back them up safely if you were going to use them to store everything. There’s some value in having things separate, in case the fil…

Ok. I thought in previous versions that it had saved the cut settings, but I may have been mistaken. Would be nice if it did as it it is so handy to be able to drag and drop images in.

At this point, the Material Library is where you save cutting presets.
