I’ve been using LightBurn for several years with no major issues. Recently, my hard drive crashed and I’ve had to reload everything. Fortunately, all my files were backed up in the cloud. However, I can’t seem to get my art library files to save. I can spend hours uploading them and when I go back to them the next day they’re all gone. I do understand that the files need to be in the Light Burn folder but where in Light Burn should they go? I’ve gone back and read what I could in the forums but telling me to put the files in the “systems folder” doesn’t have clarity for me. I need specifics.

Systems folder is referring to taking your material library out of the cloud and storing it somewhere on your PC in a ‘hard copy’ - cloud drives are great for syncing devices between PC’s, but we often see issues with corruption of files or sync issues.
I’d recommend going to your cloud storage provider’s access website, and actually downloading your file and saving it to desktop, documents, or any other location on your PC that you can remember, and then move it to the cloud storage drive from your PC’s storage.
I suspect that your cloud storage solution is trying to live sync the file when you access it via LightBurn, and that’s failing because the file isn’t cached onto your PC yet.
I do not have an Art Library, but when I clicked Load, it defaulted to Documents. I would set mine up at C:/Lightburn/Art Library/ (I do not install apps in the Windows folder.)
