That looks like there may still be a mechanical problem.

Hi it is me haveing problem with my ATEZR 35W LASER and lightburn software it is all messed up again i watch youtub to fix the problem with fonts and shapes it screwup everything and canot get it right i have deleted lightburn few time and reinstalled it now is wores than before can not run home postion judt beeping and not moveing can not get any help on line to reset the setting on lightburn to factory setting i ahve check the belts and motor they all look normall but light burn is messed up have tried the calibration on y z but i dont know whar value to put i am fed up with this laser. any help .

Reinstalling the software is extremely unlikely to fix this.
I ask again, is this an L2? If so, does it have engrave modes available on the touchscreen settings menu? If so, what mode are you in (fast, normal, fine)?
What are your cut/layer settings?
What do your machine settings screen look like?
Device settings?
Lightburn setting screen?
Are you getting any errors when it beeps? Copy paste here.

Is this an L2 model engraver with the powered Z axis and touchscreen controller? THIS IS RELEVANT.
You are getting a lot of messages I don’t recognize and your $$ parameters have several entries that look suspicious and several more I expected to see but are missing… I have the ikier version of the the Atezr L2, but there may be differences in firmware and setting between the two cousins.
On my IKier K1, the axis calibration was very close out of the box. You shouldn’t need to adjust those numbers more than 0.05 or so, if that. I have both X & Y at close to 99.940 step/mm. I made sure I had a machine that worked correct and repeatable before attempting a VERY careful calibration. I ran18 identical jobs (placed in a fixed jig on the bed) back to back this weekend without homing or framing between. It just works.
I suggest you delete any existing device and related settings (I don’t know how, but @LightBurn_Oz or @Rick or @berainlb surely does), reset your firmware to default, and then create a new device using “grbl” NOT “grbl lpc” or anything else.
Once you have a clean, unmodified device, then we can start looking at settings, but I must say again that I believe you have a mechanical issue that still needs resolved before any settings changes can be meaningful.
I haven’t read through the Topic but add/removing/editing devices can be done by pushing the “Devices” button in Laser window.
To edit, click on the device name there, then Edit, then change to “GRBL”.

I haven’t follow this Topic but if you want to resolve your problem, I suggest you actually answer every question asked of you in previous posts. It seems like you’re posting what you think is relevant rather than posting what’s being asked.

No respond at all i did remove all devices from lightburn and edit it to only GRLB and still beeping on laser head no movement .
Please review previous posts. Even casually looking I can see that @cggorman has repeatedly asked the same question and has a number of other unanswered questions.

no it is not l2 model it is just 35W ATEZR leaser machine
OK. Not L2, so I assume it’s the V35. That machine is quite different from mine, so settings probably don’t translate.
The beeping is new and has likely been caused by changes you’ve made to settings in Lightburn. These settings all need reset to default.
I’m sorry I can’t be more specific. I’ve only been using Lightburn for a couple months and haven’t needed to recover or roll back.
I suspect the Alarm 9 is due to the axis calibration changes.
I must go to sleep now, so I won’t be able to respond until later. Perhaps somebody else can try to assist in reverting all the device and machine settings back to default.
This is almost certainly incorrect. Did you try to calibrate the axes?
This is mostly likely supposed to be $100=80. Try entering this in Console and retest:
$100=80
Also, the issue with the distorted shapes looks to me like your belts are overtensioned. Or possibly your frame is out of square. Check those.
I don’t know what, if any, pulley and motor differences exist between V35 and K1, but my X & Y steps default at 100.
The V35 also uses roller bearings inside the y axis extrusions rather than rails/rods. I have zero experience with this type of linear motion control. I don’t know what symptoms over/under tensioned rollers produce, but the roller adjustment should also be verified.
