en el año 2023 (Agosto) compré una Atomstack A10 Pro la cuál yo sólo utilizo para corta MDF de 3mm (Solo éste material) (Cortaba en 3 pasadas con una velocidad de corte de 680mm/min y con potencia 100% con el laser en modo M3 - Constant Power (esto me lo ha dicho el técnico donde la compré) todo venia genial hasta Marzo de 2024. Mi maquina de un día a otro, ya no cortaba en 3 pasadas con la configuración dicha, si no que ni si quiera cortaba en 6 pasadas.
Bajé la velocidad de corte y tampoco cortaba. El técnico me dijo que cortara con la configuración con velocidad de corte de 220mm/min (que se supone que corta en 2 pasadas) y tampoco aun así corta.
He limpiado el laser, intenté de todo.
Mi pregunta concreta es, si yo cuidé el laser desde el día 1 con una velocidad mas baja de lo que se supone, ¿Por qué dejo de cortar de un dia para otro?

There may be several reasons,… with information available if the laser is subject to intense use the laser may (in extreme cases) have reached its number of hours of life.
There may be a change in the material to be cut that prevents it from being cut with the same material settings. Did you change material suppliers or start work on a new batch of material?
The laser could simply be out of focus…
Start by checking this last point, which is more than enough reason for what you describe.

El láser simplemente podría estar desenfocado…
Empieza por comprobar este último punto, que es motivo más que suficiente para lo que describe.
Hago 5 compras al año y la madera no es problema, estoy segura de eso, ya que siempre me ha cortado bien
En cuanto lo que es el laser desenfocado, ¿cómo pasaría eso? solo lo saco para limpiar el lente con un hisopo/cotonete con alcohol isopropilico
