Atomstack A10 Pro Setup

Hello,
i have read and looked for videos and tried most if not everything i read.

Im having issues setting up my atom stack a10 pro machine to light burn.
i downloaded the driver light burn seems to find the machine but when i go to cut or engrave all the machine does is move. i don’t see a laser coming out of it so im not to sure if the machine is set up correct for it or not.

Does the machine work using the offline controller? Check your USB cable. What type of computer? If it’s Windoze based, did you update the driver?

i tried with the controller, it works but the laser doesn’t seem to shoot. everything else moves.
