The machine does not get home, and lose limits constantly.
I will share the alarms and msg from the console device.

Hard limit triggered. Machine position is likely lost due to sudden and immediate halt. Re-homing is highly recommended.

Until you fix this, the rest does not matter. Check to make sure your limit switches are functioning.

Move the machine onto the limits, or hold the switches closed. Enter ? in the Console window. Move the machine off the limits and enter ? in the Console window again. Copy and past both lines in your reply.

What I have realized is that wherever I turn it on, it recognizes it as position zero zero. I must turn it on in position zero for it to recognize the lower left corner where it should be, but it does not recognize the machine’s measurements.

lower left corner <Idle|MPos:0.000,0.000,0.000|FS:0,0|Pn:Z|APP:33|USB:0>
lower right corner <Idle|MPos:130.000,0.000,0.000|FS:0,0|Pn:Z|APP:33|USB:0>
top left corner <Idle|MPos:0.000,130.000,0.000|FS:0,0|Pn:Z|APP:33|USB:0>
Top right corner <Idle|MPos:130.000,130.000,0.000|FS:0,0|Pn:Z|APP:33|USB:0>

The dimensions of the machine according to the manual are 385 x 400 mm.
The machine is configured on COM3
I realize that the dimensions don’t match, but at the level of visible configuration everything is fine. But no.. help me please

btw working whit WINDOWS 11

These all show the Zaxis limit is closed. This will inhibit the Home cycle.

For reference, your machine Home position is the front-left corner.

Hello Mikeyh, thank you for your response.
Reviewing the other topics on the forum, I saw another person with the same machine and the same problem, and I read that they just manually disconnected the Z-axis and the machine worked. And indeed, mine too
. I plan to continue investigating to see how I can fix it, but the important thing is that the machine is working.
Thank you for your help.

Do you know how I can solve that Z-axis problem?
and Thank you for your great help, my friend.

Do you actually have a Zaxis drive? If so, you may have the limit switch wired normally closed (N.C.) instead of normally open (N.O.). The limit switch will be at the top of the Zaxis travel.
