Atomstack A5 not connecting to Windows 10

2 Atomstack (A5 & A10) lasers, 2 laptops (both Windows 10).
I have in the past ran both lasers from the one laptop but had communication problems (stopping while program running).
So I have a spare laptop (Windows 10) with the second copy of Lightburn but I cannot get the A5 to run on the spare laptop. If I am remembering correctly when setting up the the Atomstack A5 on the other laptop it seems I had to change a code setting ($$??) I don’t remember the code number.
The laser cannot connect automatically and I tried connecting manually to GRBL but it just will not find the USB connection. I also tried plugging into the other USB port on the spare laptop, and still not recognizing the connection.
Any suggestions?

If you haven’t connected the Spare Laptop (Win 10) to an Atomstack engraver before with either LightBurn or LaserGRBL you likely need to install the CH340 driver on the Spare Laptop.

This is the website for the manufacturer of the Communications chip in the Atomstack.
http://www.wch-ic.com/downloads/CH341SER_EXE.html

I find the site pretty distracting - so I feel a need to be specific.
There are just too many blue things that can be clicked on.

Click the Wide Blue button that says Download and has a Cloud with a down arrow below it. Once that’s installed reattempt to connect the Atomstack engraver.

The driver was the issue… Thank you JohnJohn
