Dear all i need urgent supprot and help.
In the middle of the process my Atomstack module is losing power as you can see on the photo.
The “red” light on module pcb turn off randomly.
I try $$30, 31,32,33…all this youtube and forum settings but problem is the same.
Now alos I have problem with homing, after I press home i have error 8 and module just move verticaly to position but now horizontally.
How I can fix that?
Seems a bad connection or bad power supply.
I would try wiggling connections at laser and board to see if light fluctuates.

But I put brand new mother board and all the wires are new.
I will try to put in fire mode and to move around.
Now I have new issue:

One update that I have noticed.
I dont move nothing I just look at module red loght…and it is off and on randomly…but no cables are touched

Why did you replace board?
I had spare one.
Brand new.
Now I dont have power at all on laser when I try to burn or engrave…
Just to add I did also ground on frame… do I need to connect also to module?
With all the rust and corrosion I would say you have a connection problem. I doubt if your ground was originally on the frame.
Should I put ground differently?

Your cables are already grounded to controller and drivers. No need for extra ground. I would measure voltage at laser since power light is fluctuating and see if it is a voltage problem to laser or a laser problem. Still think it is a bad connection.
