I recently purchased an AtomStack A30 Pro but I cant get LightBurn to “find it” when I try to add it to the program. I’ve checked and double checked all connections but it doesn’t find the laser when I do a search to add to the program. I’ve tried to add it manually but the laser doesn’t follow any homing parameters etc. Anyone else run into this issue and found a way to correct it??
Firstly you need to see if the computer itself is identifying the machine.
Can you right click windows menu → Device manager
Expand PORTS secction if you have it
Now power on machine and plug usb cable
What COM port shows up if any?
