I have an atomstack m4 balcony. It works fine on an old laptop with version 1.17 on it. I even removed the device and readded it. Lb found the laser fine. I have a new laptop which I installed the latest version of lb, and the m4 is not found. I added it manually and it does not work. I’m thinking I have a driver missing or something like that. Can anyone give me some ideas.

Does it work on the old laptop? It sounds like this is likely just a driver issue. LightBurn doesn’t install the driver for BSL devices, so you’ll have to install the stock software to get the driver.
Yes. It is a driver issue. The odd thing is I found the driver (at least what atom stack says is the right one), installed and rebooted, and windows says it can’t find the driver for the device. Old laptop is windows 10. New is windows 11
