my atomstack a5 20w used to burn with a saved file. but has stopped. will burn in power vs speed check
Does the saved file go through the movements of the cutting/engraving process, but doesn’t fire, or does it not start at all?
If it goes through the motions, check to make sure your speed setting is not too high, which could lead to power output downscaling:
If it isn’t starting at all, are you seeing any error messages from LightBurn or in the Console window? If so, please share a screenshot.
I have figured out how to change power and speed settings and is working again. Not sure how they changed on own tho.
