AtomStack X20 Pro Not Square

First of all I’m a complete newbie and couldn’t find any forums dedicated to the Atomstack laser cutter which is why I’m posting here.

I started assembling my Atomstack X20 and the X-slide (gantry) is not square with the frame being almost 1/4" (6mm) closer to the front edge of the frame on the right side than the left. All the rollers work well and it slides smoothly with no binding. None of the individual parts are damaged and appear to be adjusted correctly. Is this much skew normal for this laser cutter? I would appreciate hearing from any other users who have this style machine. Thanks.

After emailing back and forth with Atomstack, I was able to gently force the gantry back on the right side of the machine and have the timing belt hold it there. The gantry is now square to the rest of the machine and operates without binding, even though it is no longer in its “preferred” original position. I hope this helps anyone else who may run into this problem.
