While cutting on the Atomstack X24 Pro, the laser head encountered an obstacle on the work surface. Since then, the y-axis movement has not been performed correctly. The movement and noise are like rattling.
Can anyone tell me what I should check to find the cause and, if possible, eliminate it?

Start looking for a mechanical problem…
- Loose timing belt.
- Loose pulley set screw.
- Loose coupling set screw on the cross shaft.
- Loose alignment wheels on the Gantry.
