Atomstack X7 Pro schneidet nur vertikal nicht aber horizontal

Hallo Zusammen,
ich bin Anfänger und habe mir den Atomstack X7 Pro gekauft.
Nachdem ich den Laser manuell in Lightburn integriert habe und auch die S-Max auf 1000 gestellt habe, geht das gravieren zwar schon ganz gut, aber beim schneiden habe ich noch Probleme.
Bei Testschnitten mit unterschiedlichen Einstellungen schneidet der Laser dann zwar vertikal durch, aber horizontal habe ich nur eine schwarze Linie.
Kann mir jemand irgendwelche Tipps geben.

When making test cuts with different settings, the laser cuts vertically, but horizontally I only have a black line.

What are your speed and power settings? what is your wood thickness?
What is the power of your laser?

I tried it with 150mm/s and 80%, but it only cut through vertically and not horizontally.
The poplar wood is 4mm thick.
The laser has 10W power.
Do you have an idea ahead?

Have you done material tests? Are you sure you only have a black line, or just that it didn’t cut all the way through?

Hello, I have tested a lot. And I have now discovered that it is due to the material, because when I put the poplar wood down it only cuts horizontally and not vertically. Do you have an idea as to which parameters I should continue testing with, or could it be due to other settings? Thanks for your help.
