Ok so I have my circle and I have all my flowers welded together but when I try to weld them to my circle, anything inside the circle just gets deleted only leaving the flowers around the outside edge. But as you can see from the picture I want it to be one whole piece with flowers on the inside and outside of my circle to cut out as one piece.
I hope that makes sense and please explain very basic, I’m very very new to this lol

Are your flowers a closed Shape?
The best thing is to send your file it makes things easier to judge and help.
This looks good already, I don’t get what your problem is. That’s a nice design.

Try this:
Select the flowers
ungroup
Select outer edge of flowers and the circle
Boolean union
Group everything.
Nice, elegant solution.
I proposed one, but it was more appropriate to a pure vector graphics solution than to LB (that will cut the lines without minding if they are part of a shape or no; my solution could have worked in fill mode…).
