My laser will follow a pattern but won’t engrave.

Is this a new install?

Does the laser not fire?

Do you have the laser enabled in Lightburn?

Follwo the laser cable from the module down
Look under the X rail arm please
Do you see the connector lifted like this?
if so can you press it all the way down?
