Used Ortur LM2 Pro and Aufero Laser 1 with Lightburn 1.0.06 no problem -got Aufero Laser 2 today - no limit switches - Lightburn on, laser on - head makes a mad dash for the front left and won’t stop., HELP.

Disable “auto-home on startup” in Edit->Device Settings for the Aufero.
Thank you. I guess I need to make a profile for the Laser 2 as I currently have only Laser 1 in there… no idea why they missed off the limit switches…
I assume this was done as a cost cutting measure but I think this a big mistake. Even the number of support requests that come from this will likely nullify any cost savings.
It’s a shame given that the machine seems otherwise quite refined.
It LOOKS rock solid. I may just fit limit switches regardless.
