so I have my degree in CAD and naturally resort to AutoCAD for my drawings on the laser, but every single time I plot to PDF and then drag said PDF into the Lightburn software the lines are never connected and for areas that I set to fill it requires more time to manually fix in the Lightburn software what I already did in CAD, is there some plot settings that I could fix to avoid these issues? is this an issue caused by my software choice for the PDFs?
Although it’s an old and pretty primitive format, the DXF file format may work better for you as a means to export to lightburn.
