Hello, I’m looking to finally use my autofocus. I’m using an Omtech 60W black and red laser. My first question is can I move the autofocus tip up? Right now it’s constantly hitting up against objects. It gets caught on the wood I cut at times and then ruins the whole project. Second is there a video that walks me through how to set up the z-focus?
Moving it would change how it is currently set, but if setup correctly, it should not be in the way while processing a job unless you have a very deep and unusual cut.
Show us a picture or two of what you have for the focus probe. I would also suggest your supplier should be able to provide the answers to your setup options.
