In my main computer I have all the fonts I will need, when I open Lightburn on my machine lap top the font list is very small in comparison.

LightBurn uses your system fonts. For clarity, are these two different computers? If so, you will want to ensure you have the same fonts installed on both systems.
I usually create a copy of the items to “send to cut” and convert all text in this production copy to a path.
Then you do not have this issue when moving between computers.
