AWC trocen not working

We just purchased the latest software and connected it to our laser and it’s not recognized. It’s a new HP and have the software on another pc and it works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks, Brian

That’s not a lot of info to go off of. You might not have downloaded the driver to recognize a USB port as a COM port.

How are you connecting? USB? Ethernet? Router? Bridge?

Did you setup the laser in device settings?
