Empece con el problema del axis Y que no se mueve en mi Longer ray5 20w, y tampoco reconoce los limites, probe de cambiar los conectores Y por el X, y funciona (no son los motores)otro de los problemas es que el axis X se mueve en sentido contrario, están invertidos los controles. También probe con otros cables, pero el Y no se mueve, hace un pequeño ruido, como si quisiera moverse pero nada.Puede ser que este mal el motherboard?.
Can you unplug your Y limit switch and confirm if the Y moves then?

Also, when you try to home, look at the motor on the Y axis, does the sprocket move at all?
Pictures of the wiring of the motors would help too

So if i understood correctly
a) X cable plugged to Y motor = Y moves
b) Y cable plugged to Y motor = Y does not move
c) Y cable plugged to X motor = x dont move?

Are those wires original to the machine?
Everything seems correct, so if the Y axis is not moving it might be a wiring issue (but you already tested different wires)
or the motherboard stepper driver might have failed
I believe you should contact manufacturer for further help
