Bachin Laser Not Matching Computer Axis Layout

Hi,

I just bought a Bachin laser (2500MW) off Amazon two days ago. I set it up and ran a few test cuts. Tonight I tried to use it and the laser kept bumping into the side and end rails, even though the design was in the middle of the working space on LightBurn. When moving my laser it showed it was moving into negative X an Y numbers. Not sure what is wrong, hoping someone can help.

Based off previous thread I found I have included the following:
$$
$0=10
$1=254
$2=0
$3=1
$4=0
$5=0
$6=0
$10=1
$11=0.010
$12=0.002
$13=0
$20=0

$24=25.000
$25=500.000
$26=250
$27=1.000
$30=1000
$31=0
$32=0
$100=100.000
$101=100.000
$102=80.000
$110=4500.000

$122=1000.000
$130=2000.000
$131=2000.000
$132=200.000

Here is what each of those mean:
