I had been making these out of Baltic Birch Plywood but had some Walnut laying around so i planed a piece down to 1/4 in and it cut like butter in one pass on my Atomstack X40 Pro. I’m impressed with this machine.
I love walnut. It’s great on the cnc too. Makes nice buttery chips… Also great on the laser. Cuts well and engraves beautifully.
