Need help please to get my laser working

When searching this forum, you will find that LightBurn does not support Benbox. You will need to update the firmware to one supported, if your controller allows this. :slight_smile:

Thanks for the info Rick, to update the firmware is currently a little over my head, any suggestions on where i might read up on this?

If you aren’t comfortable flashing new firmware, I don’t recommend it. You can brick your controller.

Thanks Rick and Willie, I appreciate the info. I think I am just going to bite the financial bullet and get a Ortur 2 Pro. That should solve my problem until I am ready to step up to a CO2 laser.

You can probably sell it for what you paid for it. Or if you can’t sell it, use it to try to flash it.
