Unorthodox use of a laser cutter. Some of you will recognize the pattern of the material test as this was made of scraps. It was fun to design the layers and to use etching to make the 5 stage progressive hole for the spindle. I did have to touch it up with some drill bits, but it was 90-95% formed already by then.
