Salve a tutti. Premetto che fino a ieri ho usato la mia neje master 2plus con modulo a40640 senza nessun tipo di problema. In serata ho cercato di tagliare qualcosa, ma all’improvviso dopo qualche secondo di attività il laser si blocca in modo del tutto inaspettato mettendosi come in standby, con luce rossa lampeggiante e fascio laser acceso normalmente. La barra diventa interamente verde con la scritta Busy, il laser non risponde più ai comandi e mi spunta in consolle l’avviso che vedete in foto. Se provo a staccare e riattaccare il cavo USB il laser si ricollega nuovamente, ma una volta iniziato un altro lavoro, poco dopo fa la stessa cosa. È come se di colpo perdesse la connessione ma non capisco perché. La uso da mesi senza mai aver avuto problemi. Help me pleaseeee. Grazie.
Hello everyone. I state that until yesterday I used my neje master 2plus with module a40640 without any kind of problem. In the evening I tried to cut something, but suddenly after a few seconds of activity the laser stops unexpectedly and goes into standby mode, with a flashing red light and laser beam switched on normally. The bar becomes entirely green with the word Busy, the laser no longer responds to commands and the warning you see in the picture appears on the console. If I try to unplug and re-plug the USB cable the laser plugs back in again, but once another job starts, it does the same thing shortly after. It is as if it suddenly lost the connection but I don’t understand why. I have been using it for months without ever having had any problems. Help me pleaseeee. Thank you.
