I have a windows 11 system running a neje max4. when i first did the setup over a year ago, everything worked great. i was using bluetooth direct stream to cut and uploaded to the controller for engraving. worked great. had no problems at all. then it stopped cutting even the simplest shapes without starting and stopping constantly. so i started uploading and working offline totally. which worked for a while. now most of the time it just stops cutting almost at the end of the run and just hangs or takes off cutting across the sheet destroying everything. I have tried everything i know to do. thanks for any ideas. seems like the last problem started with a lightburn update. maybe all of them.
You can always install a previous version, like v1.0.08, without uninstalling the current one. Just run the installer.
