Blurred Text Mid Job

Hi had an issue working on a job this morning…

I have a Cloudray 60w MP, whilst imaging some numbers I notice after the first 3 sets the image looked blurred. I am using LB 1.6.03 also tried 5.2 and 5 still the same. Changed the lens from 300 to 150 still the same.

Rebooted computer and laser no difference. Laser was new March 2023, not had a lot of use.

Any help would be appreciated…

Does the relative position of the stock in the field of view change anything? i.e. positioning the raw material top left vs dead centre? Could be a tramming issue, the plane of the laser not being true to the base plate.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did reboot everything a couple of times and now it’s gone back to normal, so it must be a software glitch with a laser…
