omtech 50 watt sino glavo on Mac. was working fine and I got a error something like signature board not found and kept cycling back to disconnected than to the error.. I ended up replacing the usb that went from the board inside the housing that you plug into your pc or controller and this fixed it. If anyone has this problem hope I can help you out. This is the second issue with usb cables and this laser so I’m thinking it is a common issue. Also while my laser was opened up it was filthy inside the filters do little to keep laser dust out and I have a filter system in the room and for the laser itself. I even have the box on a high shelf. I’m thinking it shouldn’t be in the same room at this point.
Can you take a screenshot of the error so we can see what the board identifies as?
Have you had any success in the past getting it to connect to LightBurn?
