Hi everyone!
I have a Sculpfun Ultra S30 11W, and after 1 month of use, the air pump simply stopped working. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to solve it?
I tried activating the pump via macro! No success.
I tested the pump with a multimeter, and it’s okay.
I tested the cable that powers the pump coming from the board, and it’s also okay.
I believe it’s the board, but that’s an area I don’t understand.
Tests were performed on the pump cable to check for continuity, and the continuity test on the cable running from the board to the pump connector came back okay.
I don’t know how to test the board itself.
Its location doesn’t have direct contact with the smoke.

You can check for 12vdc at the pins where the air pump plugs into the controller board. You will need to run a small program (100mm/m, 0.1% power) with AIR turned on.
Without knowing what the resistance should be, a continuity check on the pump motor will not tell you much. If you have the small box @misken mentioned, then you are not checking the motor windings.
