For vector graphics or text, just draw a shape around the current design and make sure it’s on the same layer as the existing graphics. This will serve to invert the design.
For raster images, use the “Negative image” option in the Cut setting.
Remember also that you will need to “Flip” the design so that the stamp works correctly. Use Arrange->Flip Horizontal to accomplish this.
