Boolean Help making project

I’m trying to make a wood spinner here. I’ve created in the grid array, 80 cuts, 3/8x12.(.375x12) and grouped them.

I then created a ellipse and overlaid it and tried to boolean it and it won’t do the whole section as can see from the pictures.

Very weird as I did this before using 1/2 x 12 (.50x12) and it worked fine.

Wondering if it’s because of the dimensions I’m using.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, yes this one is completed using .50 x12inches…Here is the one I’m working on using .375x12
