Bought a Chinese laser and now sorting out the problems

I would be very pleased to have any comments regarding the attached photo. This is how our mirror arrived installed in mirror one mount position. I’m having trouble taking the back holding ring out so I can replace the mirror. The supplier told me ‘The lens may be wet, so it can be wiped with an alcohol cotton swab’

Would love some comments back from the Lightburn community in response to the above.

and yes, this is supposed to be a brand new £6K machine.

I bought 2 chinese machines… both had mirrors in pristine condition.
This should not be acceptable… on the other hand… Chinese machines eh !?

It must be a mistake you got the wrong machine, for me it will not be acceptable.
