I hank my head in shame why you ask
I forgot to drain my system of water and you guessed it
It frozen and cracked the tube 
So my question is
Where is the best place to get a replacement
1000mm 60w ohtech in the UK
And is it a simple swap … im a techno muppet

Sad to hear what you did to your head.
The few people I’ve communicated with in the UK get replacements from Cloud Ray or OMTech.
Be sure of the diameter so it fits into your mounts…
You need to buy it from the omtechlaser.com site or the similar Cloudray site. Not ebay/omtech. Neither of these will warrant or support their labeled products if purchased from ebay or amazon.
Just a suggestion 
A 60W glass tube, needs to be about ~1200mm in length to produce 60W of power.

Then it’s likely 50W…
I have an OMTech China Blue… I replaced it tube with one from Cloud Ray, suggested by someone in the UK 
Mine was sold as 50W, it was 880mm and measured just over 40W. Of course they knew that.
I have gone onto the omtech website and the one for my machine i have to preorder be in stock end feb
£150 inc vat shipping is that good ?
And is it easy to swap over im 65 and a tecno muppet lol
Sure, I did and I’m older… 
Ensure you let it sit a couple hours before you mess with it. It’s a high voltage anode…
I have no idea about current tube prices…

I just checked both the US and British websites, and OMTECH is selling their “alleged” 60W tube for $290 (plus tx & sh) in the US. In the UK it’s 143 GBP, which works out to $182 (give or take), so not too bad, I guess.
