Hello, I’ve been cutting 3mm wood for six months with no issues. However, for the past day, I’ve been getting burn marks on the wood. I haven’t changed my settings or the wood quality, and I’ve cleaned the nozzle… but there’s no improvement. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the burning?
“or the wood quality” = That you know about. Not all wood is the same, even from the same manufacturer. Any organic material will vary from one batch to another, or even vary in the same batch.
You do not say if you are using Air Assist. If you are, the air pump may be defective.
Did you confirm you are still using the same settings and the same units of measure?
