On the short arrange menu the crosshair button will expand to give a list of options on moving objects and the laser. This popout is missing on the long arrange menu version of this icon.
It works fine for me - steps to recreate issue??
Just use the crosshair icon on the long arrange menu, it doesn’t popout like on the short one
