I have my work positioned to the bottom of the screen, not overlapping and the wording I am trying to burn is 1-2 inches from the edge of the work. The burning is to start at the bottom, yet it begins in about the middle and finishes it from there up. I have not moved my wood, I am afraid to move the settings. Can you help me figure this out?

What is your ‘Start from’ mode set to? If it’s ‘Current Position’ or ‘User Origin’ then the position of the art on screen isn’t used. Read here: Coordinates and Job Origin - LightBurn Software Documentation
