I have an ATEZR L2-03 (30 Watt) with a roller rotary tool. I don’t know if I’m dealing with a software issue or what, but I will get a glass or something all set up and burn a test piece. Looks great. Then I place my client’s piece in place and it randomly prints in mirror image. I made no adjustments or changes in between the two burns. What could possibly going on. I’ve ruined numerous pieces thinking it was me plugging in wires upside down or not clicking the “mirror image” button when I should. But going through a long trouble shooting process (and a lot of ruined product), it really does seem to be changing on its own, randomly, and without any changes on my part. Any help would be appreciated.
