When I set my job to cut for some reason it will cut the first or second area then proceed to cut all the rest twice

Do you check for duplicates? (alt+d)

Yes it’s when I’m doing multiple of the same thing in array no duplicate lines I’ve checked just decides to cut twice

You appear to have 11 duplicates.
To get rid of them:

Edit> Select All
Edit> Delete Duplicates

Then preview the file and see if that solves the issue
